Landwirtschafts-Simulator 15 ist eine Berufssimulation die sich um den An- und Abbau von Getreide, aber auch um die Viehhaltung und die Forstwirtschaft dreht. Erstmals in der Reihe spielt nämlich auch das Holzfällen eine Rolle. Ansonsten kümmern sich Spieler um die Verwaltung und den Ausbau eines eigenen Hofes, etwa bei der Ernte können auch authentische Maschinen geführt werden. Mehr als 100 Fahrzeuge und Zubehör von 40 lizenzierten Marken wie etwa New Holland, Case IH, Deutz-Fahr, Lamborghini, Ponsse, Horsch oder Kuhn kommen zum Einsatz.

Bevor wir dort aber hineintauchen, steht die Wahl des Helden aus einer von drei Klassen (Nahkämpfer, Fernkämpfer, Unterstützer) an. Nach dem Prolog, der uns in ein befreundetes Königreich führt und zugleich ausführlich Spielmechanik sowie Interface erklärt, geht es auch gleich los. Wir kehren bald in unsere alte Heimat zurück, stellen dort aber fest, dass während unserer Abwesenheit die Burg unserer Familie besetzt wurde und sich die Vasallen von uns losgesagt haben.
